Stephen Layton nominated for a Grammy.

Layton’s recording of Lauridsen's Lux Aeterna with Polyphony and the Britten Sinfonia has been nominated for a Classical Grammy Award, in the Best Choral Performance category. 

The CD was previously described as "breathtakingly beautiful, powerfully expressive" by Music Week Magazine, and the singing hailed as "outstanding" by Gramophone.

Winners of the Grammy Awards will be announced in February.
